Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary:   Manage main program for multiple Zutek customers by giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.  Ensures  project management team are efficiently and effectively working toward program goals. Responsible for making sure that your programs deliver the best return on investment (ROI).

     

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Planning and monitoring program execution
    • Project coordination and managing project interdependencies
    • Creating and managing a budget
    • Cross-project resource management
    • Identifying and addressing problems and risks
    • Program documentation
    • Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving
    • Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes

     

    Required Skills/Abilities: 

    • Expert level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches.
    • Budget, cost and profitability management skills
    • Knowledge of resource management tools
    • Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture
    • Ability to mentor, coast and effectively transfer expertise to others
    • Technical aptitude for the products used for POS, Digital, Kiosk, Networks, Drive-Thru
    • CRM knowledge and use of a ticketing/field service software platform
    • Experience in building and documenting processes

     

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Business Administration preferred
    • Minimum ten (10) years related experience with management of technology deployments 
    • Working knowledge and/or experience with a variety of manufacturer’s products and protocols such as Crestron, Planar, etc.
    • PMP and/or Six Sigma certification preferred 

     

    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: 

    • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
