Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities or behavioral health
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, reporting, and documentation
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the field
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and support a team of professionals
