Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Quality Assurance:
      • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
      • Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations to guarantee program success.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting a cohesive working environment.
      • Work closely with department heads and project managers to align program activities with organizational goals.
    • Performance Measurement:
      • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs.
      • Analyze and report on program performance, making recommendations for improvement.
    • Change Management:
