The Program Manager (PM) is an exempt position responsible to the President of Alutiiq Diversified Services, Inc. and is the senior project representative tasked to oversee the Airbus Americas Inc. (Airbus) Security, Fire, & Reception Services project. The PM is the liaison between ADS and Airbus and must ensure effective, efficient, and accurate operations; additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified according to the business necessity. The PM is responsible for the overall success of the project however, the PM is authorized to delegate the responsibilities of manpower, training, scheduling, operations, and quality of services provided to the customer to the project management staff. The PM shall ensure ADS employees maintain necessary qualifications, certifications and licenses required at their assigned location(s). The PM shall be familiar with the operations of each facility to include the Electronic Security Systems and Fire protection requirements to ensure the necessary processes and procedures are documented and in place for the success of the physical security of the facility and of the ADS employee(s).
The PM coordinates with the Airbus Director of Security to ensure ADS is meeting customer goals. The PM also communicates with the Airbus Sector & Site Security Managers to assess ADS’ performance at each location and is responsible to implement corrective actions as required. It is the PMs responsibility to monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used by the customer to assess ADS’ performance and coordinate with Airbus and ADS leadership any corrective actions necessary.
As the senior project representative, the PM is responsible to ensure the project operates within the established budgetary constraints and advise the ADS President on all matters of significance to include, but not limited to performance, discipline, corrective actions, and financial performance.
