ONTRACK Program Resources (ONTRACK) seeks to hire two full-time Project Managers to join the leadership team in the management of the Soul Space wellness programs in Sacramento, Alameda County, and ONTRACK’s various community capacity-building contracts and projects. The successful candidate for this position will work with the ONTRACK team to provide contract and project management, support, and guidance for program staff in the delivery of culturally relevant community services, resources, and programs to strengthen and expand resources and develop solution-based strategies to serve Black/African American residents and community-based partners.
ONTRACK Program Resources (ONTRACK) was established in 1997 as a nonprofit consulting firm specializing in training and technical assistance in health and human services, with a focus on behavioral health among our most vulnerable populations and communities of color. Soul Space is a new community-defined practice designed to deliver culturally responsive health and wellness resources for African Americans. ONTRACK is currently providing Soul Space programs in Sacramento and Alameda County, as well as capacity-building technical assistance and training services throughout California. This position will be hiring for TWO positions, one based in Berkeley, California, and the other in Sacramento, California. Both positions will require a full-time work schedule on-site.
The Project Manager is a full-time salaried position. The position includes general management duties to support broad organizational leadership, team coordination, and development. The specific contracts the project manager may lead include the Health Equity in Access to Behavioral Health Recovery Services (HEAR US) Soul Space project, the City of Berkeley Soul Space project, and the Alameda County Public Health Capacity Development Project.

Compensation: Starting salary will be $7,034.54/month ($40.58/hour).
Funding for this position is contingent on available funding.
ONTRACK will pay one-half of the monthly premiums for health plan and dental options that are made available for all employees (and their dependents) upon hire.
ONTRACK health plan options are with Kaiser Permanente, or WesternHealth Advantage.
ONTRACK payroll is processed semi-monthly, payable on the 15th and the last business day of the month.
