Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Mental Health Case Managers, Specifically for TPS schools serviced. General HS diploma is required, preferred qualifications include a minimum of 3 years relevant experience required and/or Bachelors or Masters in related field. Must have the drive and desire to provide advocacy, arrangement and coordination of services, and linkage of resources based on the clinical needs of the client.

    Job required duties include but are not limited to:

    • Provide school and community based mental health services and other daily activities to clients.
    • Establishes and maintains positive working relationship internally and externally.
    • Facilitates group activities and development. Assists with activities appropriate for group’s level of functioning. Encourages development of positive attitudes, self-image and social skills by providing a positive role model. Assists with neutralizing negative and dangerous situations.
    • Communicates with agency staff in a professional manner.
    • Maintains quality results by following agency standards.
    • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    • Maintains patient confidence by keeping patient records information confidential.
    • Serves and protects the agency by adhering to professional standards, agency policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and CARF standards.
    • Perform other duties, as assigned, to the need of the agency deemed necessary and appropriate.
