Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Role:
The Adult Services Manager will act as a member of a multidisciplinary team in serving clients and families. This employee must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be sensitive to the needs and culture of the persons served in the community. This position promotes the wellness of each adult Tribal member in community, mind, body, emotions, and spirit. This position provides family and individual counseling (including crisis counseling), adult protective services, coordinating and case management with other services and provides financial counseling, including assistance with obtaining benefits.

Minimum Requirements:
Driving: Must have a valid Kansas driver's license free of occupational restrictions within 90 days of hire. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.
Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in social services or related field of study.
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or can be of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
