Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Manager (Non-Profit) implements a fundraising and development strategy to identify potential donors or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to ensure that special events publicize the organization and its programs to the community and support its goals. The Ford-Lincoln Veteran Careers Program is designed to recruit and train experienced military Veteran maintenance mechanics and technicians. Military Veterans with a maintenance related career, technician, or mechanic experience become brand-certified Ford-Lincoln chassis certified automotive technicians with dealerships that are immediately hiring. Military Veterans with a maintenance related career, technician, or mechanic experience must meet prerequisite qualifications, experience and capability requirements. This includes attending a four-week long in-resident instruction and certification course upon being hired with a Ford-Lincoln dealership.
