Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Manager (Non-Profit) implements a fundraising and development strategy to identify potential donors or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to ensure that special events publicize the organization and its programs to the community and support its goals. May assist in the development of grant applications or proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager (Non-Profit) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Duties and responsibilities:

    Self-Sufficiency Coordinators engage with individuals seeking to disrupt and permanently break the cycle of poverty by providing long-term case management services focused at moving them off of the public welfare system.

    • Engage individuals in a way that reduces barriers to their acceptance of services, including meeting them in the office, in their home, and/or other public locations.
    • Partner with other agencies that can provide supportive services which address Social Determinates of Health and other barriers to economic self-sufficiency, using a team approach to help clients reach their goals.
    • Provide employment search and long-term case management for enrolled individuals, developing goal plans and staying in regular contact to re-assess what resources are needed to help each client achieve economic self-sufficiency.
    • Network, participate, and attend related meetings with other relevant agencies.
    • Maintain and update client files, using all assigned databases to track client progress, within three working days from contact.
    • Assist with the planning, implementation, facilitation, and/or attendance of special events relating to programming and initiatives in the community.

    Requirements:

    • Two years of directly related and demonstrated experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to successfully pass Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
    • Valid Driver’s License and car insurance with an acceptable motor vehicle report.
    • Ability to travel within 3-county service region daily.

    Salary:

    This is a non-exempt position with a starting hourly rate of $19.00. This position is based off of a 35 hour workweek.

    Pay: $19.00 per hour
