Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Position/Function Purpose: The Parent Engagement and Private Non-Profit Compliance Officer staff assistance toward the compliance processes and systems to ensure that the MISD and campuses achieve and maintain 100% compliance with fiscal and programmatic accountability standards; conducting activities as they pertain to the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) parent engagement and private non-profit compliance requirements; the support of campus staff in parent engagement and private non-profit compliance, and other Title I programs. Funding Source: This position is grant funded. Annual employment is contingent upon the availability of funds. This position is 100% assigned to the administration of ESSA programs to include activities designed to enhance the effective and coordinated use of funds (Fund 211).
