We have an outstanding opportunity for a part-time Medical Receptionist (Patient Coordinator) to work in our Manchester, NH Clinic. Under direct supervision, the Medical Receptionist (Patient Coordinator) plays an important role in providing superior customer service to patients for our network of Physical Therapy and Chiropractic clinics. This employee is courteous, friendly, a problem solver acting as an integral member of our team. They are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and strengthening relationships with our patients.
Hours: Monday-Friday/36 hours per week
The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for insurance authorizations, the scheduling and tracking of patient appointments and assisting patients with coordination of care and benefits. Previous experience in physical therapy/healthcare environment a plus. Candidate will need strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
