Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Objective and Purpose
Case Managers guide Rogue Retreat participants to identify their strengths and barriers and set achievable goals to break their cycle of homelessness. As these are identified Case Managers will help each participant find resources, agencies, and programs, and create a participant driven action plan that help them reach their full potential. Case Managers meet regularly with each participant for encouragement, support and accountability to the personal goals and decisions that are in their developed action plans.
Qualifications
Required Education, License or Certification
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Have a degree in social work or other related field (preferred).
3. Must have completed and passed Fundamentals of Peer Support Specialist training or be willing to take the class upon hiring.
4. Must be certified with the State of Oregon as a Traditional Health Worker. Current certification as a THW within 6 months of hire is mandatory.

Depending on the work assignment, the physical environment requires the employee to work both inside in a temperature-controlled environment and/or outside in an environment with temperature extremes of hot and cold. Congregant shelter environments are, at times, chaotic with people entering, exiting, and talking in an office or outdoor tent setting that can be noisy with frequent unexpected interruptions to conversations or work routines. The work environment requires the ability to handle detailed verbal and written, personal information, numbers and data with accuracy in an environment that has changing priorities and disruptions throughout the day. The position utilizes a computer. May be requested to work overtime and weekends to produce the necessary work or cover for absent employees. May be requested to work overtime and weekends due to client emergencies that may arise.
