Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Manager (Non-Profit) implements a fundraising and development strategy to identify potential donors or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to ensure that special events publicize the organization and its programs to the community and support its goals. May assist in the development of grant applications or proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager (Non-Profit) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Business Consultant - Non-Profit (Software Implementation)

  • Job Summary 

    The role will apply their business process, application design, technical, and project management skills and experience to implement and deploy PairSoft Software for Non-profit clients. The role will manage the larger, more complex projects in addition to the normal mix of new implementations and projects. The role  will appropriately adapt PairSoft’s service offerings and approaches to address specific situations and will successfully mediate difficult client situations. The Business Consultant will support the sales organization during sales pursuits by writing statements of work and work orders, providing technical expertise, and applying his/her knowledge and capabilities to architect PairSoft’s solutions.

    The role is responsible for creating a positive client experience during every project

    CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, 

    Expected base salary range

    Depending on location and experience of candidate: $80,000-100,000/year plus incentive 

    Responsibilities / Essential Functions 

    • Performs on-time, within budget delivery of PairSoft’s implementations adhering to the firm’s delivery methodologyManages the larger, more complex projects and multiple projects at the same time
    • Designs, configures, and deploys PairSoft’s software to meet client requirements within the scope of the contract, statement of work and/or work order, and approved change controls
    • Thoroughly understands the intersection of technology and business to meet the client’s requirements and utilizes a strong, consultative approach to deploying applications
    • Contributes to business development by creating statements of work and work orders and by supporting sales resources during pursuits
    • Reviews and tests peers’ work
    • Complies with and executes the firm’s financial processes, policies, and procedures
    • Shares product, technical, and consulting knowledge with colleagues
    • Contributes to the development of consulting “infrastructure,” such as methodology, approaches, reusable templates, etc.
    • Coaches and mentors team members
    • Address and remediate colleagues’ performance issues and contributes to the annual review process
    • Performs other duties, as assigned

    Requirements 

    • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Management, or similar field from an accredited college or university
    •  2 years of experience developing, supporting, or designing SaaS solutions for any ERP/CRM system with Blackbaud CRM, FE NXT and RE NXT experience is a must
    • Experience in the non-profit sector SaaS implementation e.g. higher education, community organizations and fundraising field
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with 3 years of experience in consulting with senior level, client leadership
    • Strong problem-solving and technical skills and ability to explain complex technical and business concepts
    • Accounts Payable domain knowledge – basic business understanding of the procure-to-pay process flows in how a Finance department manages Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Receipts, Invoices, etc. 
    • Self-Starter with ability to work autonomously, exercise independent judgment, use discretion, and keep his/her manager relevantly informed
    • Spoken English Skills – must be completely fluent to receive and articulate complex concepts
    • Written English Skills – can evidence strong writing and documentation skills via documentation of past technical projects and best practices.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools
    • Team Collaboration with ability to collaborate with team members across multiple functions and to influence participation and work results
    • Location – must be physically located in ideally EST or possibly CST/MST/PST
    • Remote Worker Experience – worked remotely before and are familiar with virtual collaboration tools
