Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. STATEMENT OF THE JOB: Under the overall supervision of the Early Childhood Director and the direct supervision of the Center Manager. Perform related duties to assure compliance in nutrition and food service areas. Perform duties related to maintaining a clean facility and playground. Work as a teacher aide in classrooms when needed.
