Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Manager (Non-Profit) implements a fundraising and development strategy to identify potential donors or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to ensure that special events publicize the organization and its programs to the community and support its goals. May assist in the development of grant applications or proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     Qualifications:

    • This position is within the Global Strategic Regulatory Dept in AQR for the ATLAS program
    • Primary Job Function: Associate will be responsible for management and execution of multiple related projects and to identify, lead, and manage continuous improvement projects, incorporating best practices in program management.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and PMP certification required Experience/Training Required: Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in complex, technical program / project management to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position;

    Top 3 Skills:

    • Project management methodology and processes;
    • Business excellence methodologies and processes;
    • Communication - Written, oral, and presentation Initial interview will be phone screening, after that will be face to face with the team.
    • Looking for selected candidate to start ASAP after screenings have cleared.

    Core Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to design, develop, communicate, and execute detailed project plans to achieve overall program goals;
    • Monitor progress and performance against project plans and develop dashboards and reports to communicate progress
    • Proactively identify changes in project/program scope and propose appropriate measures to reassess and amend milestones, budget, and timeline.
    • Lead, coordinate and/or participate on cross-functional team activities from Concept Phase through implementation;
    • Conduct meetings including agenda, presentations, and minutes
    • Monitor and present communications demonstrating progress against budget, metrics, and strategic objectives;
    • Analyze complex problems including those related to project risks; identify their impact; establish probabilities;
    • Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business and quality standards;
    • Identify, lead, and manage continuous improvement projects, incorporating best practices in program management
    • Recommend and implement PM strategies and enhancements to improve efficiency;
    • Coach and mentor staff on program management skills and tools.
    • Assist in idea and feedback capture and cataloging activities
