Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Manager (Non-Profit) implements a fundraising and development strategy to identify potential donors or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to ensure that special events publicize the organization and its programs to the community and support its goals. May assist in the development of grant applications or proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager (Non-Profit) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team in the Transportation Management Software (TMS) industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project and program management, strong communication skills, and experience driving large, complex projects and transformation initiatives tied to operational efficiency and company strategy across the finish line. As a Program Manager (PM), you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of complex technical and non-technical projects within our organization. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

    What You Will Do

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals.
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive team dynamic.
    • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, management, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify and resolve conflicts or issues during project execution.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to drive successful outcomes.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within project teams.

    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    • Experience leading projects in a technical setting and driving strategy and direction
    • Experience with project management, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to define program requirements and deliverables
    • Experience working in the software development life cycle (SDLC), with infrastructure, and with systems.
    • Experience working in an enterprise Agile environment

    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience working in the logistics, supply chain operations, or transportation industry.
    • Experience working with transportation management processes and software solutions.
    • PMP, PgM-P, and/or PMI-ACP Certifications
    • Experience in project and project management tools such as: Confluence, Asana, Azure DevOps (ADO)

    For this role, we anticipate paying $105,000 - $135,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
