Additionally, Program Manager (Non-Profit) implements a fundraising and development strategy to identify potential donors or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to ensure that special events publicize the organization and its programs to the community and support its goals. May assist in the development of grant applications or proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
