Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Being a Program Manager (Non-Profit) monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizes a client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications, perform forecasting, and measure the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Manager (Non-Profit) implements a fundraising and development strategy to identify potential donors or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to ensure that special events publicize the organization and its programs to the community and support its goals. May assist in the development of grant applications or proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager (Non-Profit) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     A non-profit and extremely financially stable outpatient orthopedic office in Chester County, PA is searching for an Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support a local School District, as well as potentially help out in their non-surgical sports medicine office at times.     Opportunity to choose either a 10 month employment or full year year option!

    Benefits and Compensation for the Athletic Trainer (ATC):

    • HOURLY compensation ranging from approximately $21.00 - $31.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

    Responsibilities of the Athletic Trainer (ATC):

    • Provide support to local school district by providing rehabilitation to injured athletes and coverage for live sports events.
    • Support outpatient sports medicine office in assisting with procedures, splinting, casting etc at times - specifically during slow times at the school/summer.

    Requirements of the Athletic Trainer (ATC):

    • National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) certification
    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
