Program Manager (Non-Profit) manages a team that coordinates the programs of a non-profit organization. Designs and implements programs that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. TITLE: Habitat ReStore Manager
REPORTS TO: Affiliate ReStore Director
DIRECT REPORTS: ReStore staff and other employees who may be temporarily assigned
INDIRECT REPORTING: Volunteers, Vendor Personnel

POSITION SUMMARY: Raise awareness of Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester’s mission in the community under the guidance and direction of the ReStore Director. Operations management, including: consistent, safe and positive development of Associates and assets. Provide an excellent donor and customer experience. Transform donors into customers and customers into donors. Communicate and collaborate with other ReStores managers to maximize profitability and meet total Affiliate goals. This is a full-time exempt position, requiring ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, with some additional evenings as needed.
