Position Description:
Responsible for receivables and payables; monthly entries and payroll. Orients new members, maintains personnel files and assists staff with benefit questions. Works bi-annual fund drives and assists with social media and website updates. Other miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be successful, need to have strong organizational & time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage monthly cyclical activities. Proficient in MS Office Software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. QuickBooks and Word Press a bonus. AS or BS degree preferred.
