Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. As an Unaccompanied Children - Unit Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the operations and staff of a 12 bed residential facility in partnership with leadership. This individual is also responsible scheduling, managing, and supervising the onsite Youth Specialists. While serving as a site supervisor, this individual is responsible for providing weekly, unannounced rounds in the classrooms and/or all areas where children congregate to ensure safety, wellbeing, and best practice of care in these areas.
This position is expected to function effectively with little to no supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
