Program Supervisor jobs in Binghamton, NY

Site Education Supervisor is needed for comprehensive multi-disciplinary early learning and care center. Minimum qualification of a BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field with 12 credits in Early Childhood Education/Development. One year teaching experience in preschool setting and one year supervisory experience. Full-time (40hrs/week), 10-month position. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide formal, written classroom observations a minimum of once per month using the Classroom Observation Checklist and CLASS Based Observation Tool according to Head Start Monitoring Protocol.
• Oversee daily implementation of educational outcomes and experiences as described in the curriculum and School Readiness Plan.
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and monitors and manages the maintenance and safety of the facility.
• Perform all duties in a manner that supports the Head Start Performance Standards, NYSOCFS daycare licensing regulations, Head Start Core Values, Behavior Support Models, and EOP Non-Negotiable Performance Expectations.
• Must possess a clean and valid NYS driver’s license.
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by 01/01/22.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.10 - $20.22 per hour
