Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Education and Experience Associate's degree from an accredited college in Program Administration, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field, And A minimum of three (3) years of experience directing operations in significant recreational, athletic and entertainment facilities, with a minimum of two years prior supervisory experience, Or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Ability to meet attendance requirements .Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively. Ability and willingness to conduct all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism. Duties are usually performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis. Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying light to moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) occasionally. Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor recreational environment where there may be physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
