A vacancy exists for a
Program Revenue Supervisor position to work within the
Office of Student Services at the
Montgomery County Intermediate Unit! The Program Revenue Supervisor will oversee coordination of information between OSS, OBS and OTS to streamline all OSS billing. The Program Revenue Supervisor will assist with the development and tracking of OSS budgets including school age and nonpublic school programs. The Program Revenue Supervisor will work closely with MCIU staff across the organization to gather and monitor data for billing purposes. The Program Revenue Supervisor manages a team that is responsible for billing of services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or related experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience with 3 years in progressive leadership preferred.
- Ability to supervise and work effectively and cooperatively with administrative, professional, and non-professional staff.
- Ability to collect, organize, and interpret budget information, provide budgetary projections and prepare accurate reports.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple complicated projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrators and staff.
- Proficiency in the use of technology for individual communication and research.
- Possesses effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interface diplomatically with teachers, administrators, parents, students, support staff, and outside professional contacts.
- Qualities of leadership and good communication skills.
- Original certificates of clearance from the State Police, Child Abuse Registry, and PDE FBI.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise a team of staff who are responsible for internal and external billing for Office of Student Services programs and ACCESS claims processing.
- Provide project support to management of the Project AWARE grant.
- Responsible to assist OSS Director in developing and tracking OSS budgets.
- Review encumbrances for anomalies.
- Review FTE allocations to ensure accuracy.
- Meet with director and administrators to ensure that program budgets remain on target.
- Ensure revenue is properly allocated.
- Serve as single point of contact for MCIU offices as well as district staff regarding budget and billing questions or issues.
- Follow up with external clients regarding outstanding balances.
- Develop partnerships with and manage contracts for agencies to fill current staffing needs.
- Manage all provider and consultant contracts.
- Manage contracts for fee-based services to districts.
- Prepare Service Agreements for new services requested by districts.
- Prepare Shared Services Agreements for district superintendents and business managers review. Make necessary changes and reissue revised agreements.
- Review and approve district invoices.
- Send billing reports to the Business Office as backup for invoices.
- Send monthly revenue updates to Business Office.
- Track staff reallocations between programs when necessary.
- Assume additional duties as assigned.
Location:
The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit is located at 2 W. Lafayette St. Norristown, PA 19401.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 hours/day, 12 months (260-262 days/year)
Annual Salary:
$86,113/year - $101,309/year
