Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Adagio Health's NEP Department supports key programs that provide nutrition education and physical activity promotion to school age kids in PreK through high school, adults, and seniors to make the healthy choice, the easy choice as well as health education programming to youth in community, residential and school-based settings.
As an NEP Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of educators within your office to provide exceptional programming to participants, maintain a programming schedule of your own, and foster a positive office culture. Supervisors have a strong support system in the Coordinators, Operations Managers, Directors, and Vice President of the Department.
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in nutrition, public health, or related field, strong interpersonal and coaching skills, demonstrated effective leadership skills, and experience providing nutrition and/or health education programming to multiple age groups in a variety of settings.
