Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Program Director/Manager in the day-to-day supervisory and administrative management of the residential program as well as providing a variety of case management and housing related services to clients to facilitate their adjustment to and integration into the community. He/she is responsible for completing tasks including but not limited to: supervising case management staff to ensure compliance with charting/documentation, preparing monthly statistical reports (e.g. food stamps, food expense, and petty cash), handling client benefits and following up with SSI, Food Stamps, Public Assistance, etc. Program Supervisor is also responsible for conducting/reviewing fire drills, ensuring compliance with safety checklists, as well as ensuring that a clean, safe environment is maintained for all residents. Program Supervisor must monitor and ensure medication compliance, attends and actively participates in monthly and annual trainings/in-services both on and off-sites, and overall represents the department and hospital in a professional manner.
Additional Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree in social welfare, behavioral health, or related field required; Master's Degree in social welfare, behavioral health, or related field preferred.
Valid driver's license in good standing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
