Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The FESCO Programs Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of resident services staff and providing some direct service to un-housed and formerly un-housed families in our Banyan House transitional housing program. FESCO staff does whatever it takes to support un-housed families as they move from crisis to stability, end their homelessness, and find a place to call home, and the work happens both in the office, or out in the community. This role will uphold and champion the agency’s mission, vision, and values and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
