Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is an established and respected partner to school districts, families and communities having provided quality services to thousands of individuals with autism and other disabilities. IECP has part time and full time Supervisor positions available in our programs throughout Lake County, CA. We are currently looking for qualified staff in Clearlake, Lower Lake, Upper Lake, Lakeport, Kelseyville and other surrounding cities. There is the possibility of hybrid/remote work with this position. Responsibilities include supervising direct staff working in family's homes, writing assessments, behavioral support plans, and quarterly reports, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring client progress and evaluating program effectiveness. Initial and ongoing training is provided. Ideal staff have obtained a Master's degree in a related field and have at least 1 year of experience practicing ABA strategies and behavior intervention.
Job requirements include:
Master's degree required, the addition of a Teaching Credential and BCBA preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience in Positive Behavioral Support, ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and instructional methodologies. Requirements of this position include
