Our confidential client is looking to add a Program Supervisor to their Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams. This is a supervisory role which will report directly to the program director. The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program aims to provide crisis de-escalation without use of law enforcement unless necessary for consumer or team safety.
Overview:
The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Team program provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Staff dispatch to crises in teams of two, with a Crisis Response Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist.
