Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Program Supervisor for the Healthy Beginnings Program! As a Program Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in development and coordinating our system of care, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, and train and develop staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands – on oversight, technical assistance, and professional development to staff in areas such as developmental screening, referral processes, and navigating the Healthy Beginnings System of Care.
• Lead by example, offering guidance, support, and supervision to program staff, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
• Engage in public relations, conduct case reviews, and organize program trainings and events.
• Conduct regular case reviews to uphold compliance and quality standards, driving continuous improvement in program effectiveness.
• Manage data entry and serve as a liaison between service providers and partners for effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services (preferably in a field such as social work, developmental psychology, and/or early childhood education). Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in child and family services and minimum 3 years’ experience working with developmental screenings and assessment tools. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole required.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Any offer of employment is contingent on the completion of a Level 1 and Level 2 background check and drug screen to company standards.
