    Provides operational support to multiple projects, carries out project tasks as directed by the Project Manager. The Administrator is directly responsible for the management of subcontract documents, project accounting administration and trade partner communication.

    Top Five Responsibilities
    Support PM's and work with PE's
    Organized, efficient with solid time management skills
    Good understanding of construction practices and procedures
    Solid understanding of cost accounting and budgets
    Work on several complex projects at once

    Primary Duties

    Assist in bidding process
    Filling out Capabilities Statements online
    Providing data on past projects
    Posting RFP files to ftp site
    Proof-reading proposals
    Assist with & distribute plans/specs
    Set up electronic and hard copy job files for the office and field

    ¨ Prepare & issue subcontractor contracts and purchase orders including:
    Pre-contract safety & health agreements
    Pay apps
    W-9
    Safety manual
    Policies and procedures, etc.
    Material Supplier List

    ¨ Maintain and track insurance for all subs on each project

    ¨ Prepare and distribute owner CO’s

    ¨ Prepare and distribute sub CO’s

    ¨ Prepare and distribute project directories

    ¨ Assist with prep on applications for payment to the owner and prepare any extra documents

    (i.e.: conditional lien waivers, unconditional lien waivers, invoices/pay apps)

    ¨ Assist with review of sub pay apps and invoices

    ¨ Distribution of checks to subs and obtaining sub lien waivers

    ¨ Input all contracts, budgets, budget adjustments, purchase orders, and change orders in Prolog

    and Timberline

    ¨ Assist with submittal and RFI process

    ¨ Obtain, prepare, and distribute close out documents
    Warranty
    O&M’s
    As-Built Drawings, etc.

    ¨ Import/export needed information into QCS
    RFI entry and distribution of responses received
    Data entry for certified payrolls
    Subcontractors
    Insurance
