Government Acquisition Project Administrator – USACE Huntsville
This is an excellent opportunity for a Government Acquisition Project Administrator to work in a full-time capacity in support of the Army Corp of Engineer’s contract office in Huntsville, AL.
In this position you will provide administrative & analytical support to project managers in the execution of Government acquisition contract service orders. This will include reconciling transactions, coordinating and filing contract service order packages, track service orders, review, analyze and track contractor expenditures, and prepare pivot tables and briefing slides. Additional support requirements include performing database management duties such as inputting service order data into excel, access database and running reports, trends, charts/graphs, etc. from database.
Candidate must possess a minimum of BA/BS degree (preferred in Math or Information Systems) and 7 Years Government Acquisition experience. Ten (10) more years of relevant experience may be substituted for education and an advanced degree may be substituted for two years of experience. 4 years of project administration experience and six years of advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Access and PowerPoint.
Actual experience in a contracting organization, the United States Army and the Army Corps of Engineers is desired.
