Project Administrator jobs in Las Cruces, NM

Job Summary:

• Data Entry
• In coming order input and tracking
• Inspection scheduling
• Send monthly notices to subcontractors, prime, vendors and others involved with the project
• Maintain Excel spreadsheet with accurate proposal information, including pricing information and quickly pull info when requested
• Input proposal data for submission

Skills Required:

Proficient with Excel

Detailed oriented

Ability to communicate across various levels
