We are looking for an organized goal-oriented Office Administrator to assist the departments of Procurement and Accounting.

Organize company events or meetings - setup, food, beveragesTrack and replace office suppliesSending Prequalification Packet to new

contractors / vendors

and tracking status of prequalification processRecruit new contractor companies for constructionRe-qualify existing contractor base - update OSHA records, etc.

Update database / data entryFiling and log incoming invoicesCompile jobclock reportsAssist with auditing invoices and vacation coverage for procurement and accounting departments as necessaryRequirements : Previous experience in administrative duties prefer construction background or experienceAbility to identify opportunities and develop / present solutionsAbility to work well independently and within a teamComputer experience to include Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, and other software as deemed necessaryDeadline and detail-orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to pass background and drug screen
