Project Administrator jobs in Salt Lake City, UT

The role of the Project Administrator is to manage ancillary duties related to our customers Justice Information Systems (CJIS) Personnel Security BG screening process. The position is not intended to be customer facing but may involve occasional customer contact by email and phone. This is a fast paced detail oriented position that involves the customer credentialing process. The position will be assisting our internal CJIS team enable employees to work as contractors.

The job requires excellent customer service and communication skills. Daily, the successful candidate will be required to communicate with team co-workers and other employees to seek information, answer routine questions about the process and status. There will also be a requirement to review and analyze documents and information submitted by employees for accuracy and proper completion.

Shift:

M-F 8:30AM-5PM Potential Overtime Available!

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of Administrative or Data Entry experience
• Able to successfully complete CJIS BG Check
• Google Suite/ Microsoft Suite

Nice Haves:

• Bachelor or Associates Degree
• CJIS Security Policy, CJIS Online
• industry experience preferred but not required

Soft Skills:

• Strong Data Entry Skills, Oral and Written Communications
• Ability to work under pressure of timelines & workload
• Ability to Multi-task
