Summary
The Project Administrator assists and supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents, general Documents Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractors and supplier billings/invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports Project Managers during all phases of the construction process.
- Assist Project Managers in all administration functions and processes.
- Manage project documents (submittals, RFI’s, plans, subcontracts, insurance, etc.)
- Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials.
- Manage, in coordination with team, a functional, current and time sensitive contract for clients.
- Support and Assist Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents during all phases of construction.
- Collaborate with finance team on other projects as required.
- Build, foster and maintain excellent relationships with employees, clients, consultants, trades, suppliers, and the community to be a valued partner, the contractor of choice.
- Maintain procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
- Job duties will vary depending on projects and as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration and/or related discipline with equivalent education/experience preferred, but not required.
- 3 years’ experience working in a project support role.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, presentations), including the ability to successfully translate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Computer skills including experience using MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook with MS Project a plus. Viewpoint and Procore experience preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to problem solve and build solid relationships.
- Excellent listening skills, organization skills, time management and attention to detail
- Motivated, hardworking, team player
- Understanding of specifications, construction methods and procedure preferred.
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with a variety of people.
- Position may require working in a construction jobsite trailer or traveling occasionally to Phoenix.
