Project Controls Manager develops and implements standardized project controls to manage budgets, scheduling, and quality for engineering, construction, and other types of projects. Establishes controls and operating policies that identify, monitor, and mitigate risk factors that could impact the success of a project. Being a Project Controls Manager creates standard methods for project estimating, procurement, accounting, work breakdown structure, contract management, reporting, and other project-related processes. Ensures controls address cost or budget considerations, scope changes, supplier performance, and other risk levels. Additionally, Project Controls Manager provides guidance and consultation to project managers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. SUMMARY
The purpose of this program is to prevent the onset and reduce the progression of alcoholism and its related problems while strengthening prevention capacity and infrastructure at the community level. To guide young children, from ages 9-20, who are at risk or already engaged in drinking alcohol to a substance free and healthy adulthood. This position is responsible for promoting and delivering environmental prevention strategies (including development of policies, ordinances, restriction, laws to limit access, and harmful consequences of drinking) through meetings with liquor stores, law enforcement, and juvenile justice to lead to better outcomes for young individuals. |

The work is generally sedentary, requiring routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying of items weighing less than 25 lbs. The majority of work is performed in an office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities. The office is a non-smoking facility with outside smoking areas. The position requires local travel between various program components of FNA which may involve exposure to extreme weather conditions. The position works in an environment where protection of consumer confidentiality is essential. Personal protective equipment will be provided where/when needed.

Supervision Received:
Position receives direct supervision from immediate supervisor; however, incumbent is expected to effectively perform day-to-day activity as denoted within job description. Work will be monitored through weekly meetings, monthly reports, and regular communication with your supervisor. General guidelines for operations are based on program requirements and the general policies and procedures of FNA.
Supervision Exercised:
Supervises Family Behavioral Specialist and SBIRT Screener.
Position Impact:
Impact at the program level is high. The program’s level of compliance with program standards is directly affected by the effective performance of duties, especially as they relate to providing program services.
