We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about services and products, provide support for sales representatives, and be responsible for creating, managing, and reviewing estimates. Responsibilities
· Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
· Liaise with design engineers for product approval
· Maintain and update sales and customer records
· Communicate important feedback from customers internally
· Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
· Stay up-to-date with new products and features
· Review specifications and drawings, and determine the scope of work required
· Perform takeoffs on plans and drawings
· Request vendor/subcontractor quotes in preparation for project bidding
· Coordinate equipment selection, pricing, and integration of controls for projects
· Assemble and prepare quotes and bids
· Submit bids to customers and follow up to secure projects
Skills
· Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or Estimator
· Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
· Analytical skills for product selection and quantity takeoff
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Ability to work under strict deadlines
· Appetite for personal growth and an eagerness to learn
· Certification in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field is a plus
