We are looking for an experienced Project Manager that can jump in and hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate has a background in mechanical engineering and is driven to succeed!

Responsibilities

• Maintains, and reviews all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices for multiple large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with client, engineers, architects, etc. to determine specifications of projects.
• Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
• Knowledge of construction/project management software.
• Computer literacy including strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research, and other software applications. (Procore, etc.)
• Must be able to perform in a fast paced professional work environment
