    Position Description

    Landmark Construction Company Inc., an industry leader in construction solutions for over 50 years and counting, is seeking a team-oriented Project Engineer. As a Project Engineer, you will support the project management team as needed to ensure successful execution of projects with various clients and subcontractors. The Project Engineer should have a strong desire to learn from the Project Manager and be able to execute the following specific subtasks of project management successfully.

    As a Project Engineer you will:

    • Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with construction documents.

    • Monitor the delivery of needed materials for projects, ensuring timely deliveries and appropriate billing

    • Review and track project invoices to ensure the appropriate billings and manage material needs

    • Maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflow

    • Review, distribute, and track RFI's

    • Work within a fast-paced environment

    • Be an independent self-starter who will be backed by a highly supportive culture and team atmosphere

    • Be prepared to travel throughout the southeast. Travel is required for this position due to the nature of our work



    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering,

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sitework construction projects: erosion control, excavation, or utility installation.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
