Identifies and assesses engineering project risks, and develops mitigation strategies and solutions. Additionally, Project Engineer - Construction facilitates collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Typically reports to a manager. The Project Engineer - Construction work is closely managed.     CONSTRUCTION JOBS IN THE NAVY RESERVE

    BUILDER

    Gain training for work in a range of trades, such as carpentry, plaster, roofing, concrete, masonry, brickwork, painting, cabinetry and more.


    CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN

    Make sure the Navy's power grid stays lit—from the poles and lines outside to the complex electrical and communication wiring inside structures.


    EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

    From crane operation to roadbuilding equipment, you can help pave the way for successful Navy missions and earn your operators' licenses while you do it.


    STEELWORKER
    Manage construction operations, craft steel structures, and perform welding, cutting and other specialized metalwork operations.

    UTILITIESMAN

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    WORK ENVIRONMENT
    Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling
    and training periods. During monthly drilling, Sailors in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location
