Job Title: Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager

Overview: Level 10 LLC Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in vertical construction. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience, with a background in building construction, including townhomes, apartments, and senior living projects. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, along with expertise in contracts, and AIA billing is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee vertical construction projects, including townhomes, apartments, senior living communities, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize project management tools, including MS Project, Excel, Procore, and Bluebeam, to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Implement and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Handle AIA billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and report on project status, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Ensure effective communication between project teams and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on vertical construction.
• Strong background in building construction, including townhomes, apartments, and senior living projects.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and other project management tools.
• Experience with contracts management and AIA billing processes.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant construction laws and regulations.
