Knowledge: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent related experience is required.
Experience: Five years' experience managing construction projects, estimating, cost control, and forecasting. Must have extensive experience with computer software including Microsoft Office, Primavera, Auto-CAD, Modeling, Bluebeam/Procor (or similar). Ability to learn other software, if required, with company-provided training.
