    As an Entry-Level Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of multifamily construction projects.     Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the coordination and oversight of various construction activities on-site for multifamily projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
    • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of tasks.
    • Support the documentation of daily construction activities, including progress reports, work logs, and site photographs.
    • Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the project's success.
    • Monitor and track project schedules, identifying potential delays and suggesting corrective actions.
    • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
    • Assist with the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project goals.
    • Contribute to project administrative tasks, including contract management, document control, and communication with stakeholders.
    • Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, promoting a culture of safety compliance among team members.

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      • Strong passion for the construction industry and a desire to build a successful career in project management.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
      • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plus.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
