    Responsibilities

    The work you will do

    • Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
    • Client relations including council meetings with clients
    • Design of municipal infrastructure projects
    • Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
    • Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documentsPreparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
    • Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff

    Qualifications

    What you bringSkills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
    • Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience including general municipal and design and construction is required
    • The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of prior experience 
    • PE license required, WI PE preferred 
    • Previous client liaison and project management experience or a desire to step into that role is required
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Desire to work in a consulting environment
    • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
