RISE: A Real Estate Company is currently looking for an experienced, results-driven, service-minded Project Engineer to join our Construction team. The Project Engineer provides assistance with overall on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction operations including direct supervision of trade/subcontractors and other construction-related personnel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Supports the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent in providing job site leadership and direction.
• Assists in coordination/directs all on-site construction activities of our subcontractors and project team, under the direction of the Site Superintendent.
• Ensures all company departmental, technical, and safety policies are adhered to.
• Assists in managing the scheduling and delivery of all supplies and materials for the project.
• Assists in unloading materials onsite.
• Pre-walks and attends all required inspections for the project in conjunction with the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent and documents observations when needed.
• Maintains a working relationship with project subcontractors.
• Maintains a clean, orderly job site.
• Assist in managing all field labor to accomplish designated tasks.
• Maintains daily logs to document all job site activities and events, under the supervision of the Site Superintendent.
• Assists with the implementation and maintenance of quality control programs and life safety checkout procedures.
• Maintains an overall positive state of affairs on the job.  Also maintain appropriate working relationships with governing entities, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
• Assist in keeping owners and managers informed of progress on each project.
• Manages project document control including, but not limited to: RFI’s, submittals, transmittals, punch lists, meetings, inspections and observations, photos, owner/consultant reports, and folder structures within Procore.
• Keeps plans and specifications up to date.
• Always represents RISE in a professional manner.
• Performs other work-related duties as directed.
• Supports RISE’s guidelines and policies.
• Arrives at work on time and prepared.
• Attends seminars and meetings as requested.
• Attends, contributes to, and records/documents all project-related meetings, including but not limited to weekly safety/production meetings, coordination meetings, and OAC meetings.
• Always maintain confidentiality.
