Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000

Your Responsibilities as a Project Engineer/Project Manager:

* Lead a diverse portfolio of environmental and land development projects.

* Write and review technical reports and proposals.

* Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.

* Hire and manage subcontractors.

* Mentor and train engineering staff and ensure quality work product.

* Ensure safe performance of project work.

* Source for new business opportunities.

What we're looking for:

* BA/BS in Environmental Science or Civil Engineering.

* 6 to 8 years of proven technical experience.

* Proficiency with MS Office suite.

* Ability to engage and motivate a team.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.

* Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.

* Experience with Deltek Vision preferred.
