Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs. Being a Project Engineering Manager oversees product construction and testing in order to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible. Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project. Additionally, Project Engineering Manager monitors progress and performance against the project plan. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Individual compensation will vary within a range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees’ work/life balance and compensates overtime for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week. This position is also eligible for a discretionary performance bonus paid twice a year, dependent upon company and individual performance.
