- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in requirements analysis and gathering
- Knowledge of lean principles is a plus
