Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of projects within budget, scope, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify project needs and objectives
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
- Utilize project management methodology to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects
- Implement quality management processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals
- Utilize tools such as Redmine and Kanban boards to track project tasks and progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in requirements analysis and gathering
- Knowledge of lean principles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,841.88 - $79,293.44 per year
