Project Management Director develops and directs project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals. Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery. Being a Project Management Director establishes methodologies to set productivity and quality targets and to assess results for all projects. Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. Additionally, Project Management Director monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a project management certification. Typically reports to top management. The Project Management Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Project Management Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Responsibilities:
Collaborate and report to the executive leadership team to ensure all operations are functioning at the highest level and support any projects, activities, and responsibilities that further the progress of the clinics
Facilitate and oversee the intake, customer service, and patient onboarding experience to increase patient census, scheduling, and overall growth to multiple clinic locations
Become an advocate and liaison between the team and executives
Use your empathy skills to engage and influence parents during clinic tours
Ensure therapists are well supported by maintaining inventory through collaboration with staff and the clinic director
Answer inbound phone calls from clients and potential patients
Help to plan quarterly all team events and celebrations
And any additional duties that the leadership team assigns as appropriate
Requirements:

3 years of administrative or operational management or related experience
Strong work ethic
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
Does not get rattled easily and is incredible at multi-tasking

Experience in pediatric therapy operations (preferred)
Strong efficiency skills
Strong Technology and computer skills
Compensation:
Compensation: Pay based on experience bonus structure (overall compensation $66k to $76k based on results/productivity of 2 clinic locations)
Satisfaction in knowing that you are helping children in need and their families
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $66,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
